Vintage Hand Painted Brown Thrasher Plate and Stand

I wish I had painting skills like this!  Someone hand painted this little ceramic plate with a Brown Trasher bird on  a branch with a soft green background.  It is indicated on the back Brown Trasher Georgia State Bird.  Look how cute it looks nestled into other mantel items on display!
The plate itself is a marked Welsley China Hand Painted and was produced for hobbyist china painters.
It is accompanied by the sweetest little bronze metal stand  that displays the plate perfectly.
The plate is in wonderful condition - no chips, cracks, crazing on any surfaces.  The gold paint that was used along the front edge has been rubbed off in many places.  The paint for the bird image and background are not compromised at all.  The stand is sturdy (although delicate) and in fine shape.
