INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash the cover and cylinder with solvent.
Remove all traces of oil.
The surfaces must be
DRY
-
(
NO OIL
or lube of any type
)
.
TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS:
20 to 25  in-lb. / 2.0 to 2.5 N'm  /  3 to 28 kg-em
Do not over tighten the gasket
- it causes the gasket to bulge or squeeze out.
If that happens then back off on the torque a bit.
TO REUSE GASKET
:
Wash gasket briefly in hot soapy water
.
Rinse well and dry thoroughly.
Re-install using the above installation instructions.
