Includes: oil pan with bolts, oil filter cover, valve, gaskets and o-ring as shown. The oil filter cover has oxidation and scratches but no broken fins. There are two spots (circled in red) that have imperfections. The bypass valve head is rusty and in fair condition. The square head is slowly starting to wear but it is definitely still usable. The oil pan also has patina, scratches and oxidation but no cracks or damage. There is some dirt remaining in the crevices but most came off easily. You WILL need a new oil pan gasket, it has been removed. The oil filter cover o-ring is in good condition and you could reuse as-is, it was NOT leaking when removed. I would replace the two rubber grommets that go on either side of the oil filter element itself - they are a bit worn looking. The sensor hole is nice and smooth with very little wear shown. I am also including a used oil strainer housing for parts (no strainer is included). This is a nice used unit to replace a heavily worn or damaged unit!
